FirstABS is rapidly growing and continually seeking qualified technicians for employment throughout the continental United States. Candidates must have extensive experience, a proven track record, and expertise in Nortel and Avaya products. Knowledge of other voice systems and product certifications is a plus. Must have excellent customer service skills and be rapidly responsive to customer’s needs.
